WESOnline has joined forces with the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy and Data Science Nigeria (DSN) as part of the ambitious 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) program, a nationwide initiative designed to train, mentor, and connect three million Nigerians to meaningful digital careers.

What the 3MTT Program Is All About
The 3MTT program is a key part of the Nigerian government’s broader digital transformation strategy. It’s focused on equipping young Nigerians with technical skills in high-demand areas like data analytics and more, while also preparing them for real job opportunities through job readiness assessments, mentorship, and placement support.

As part of this partnership, WESOnline is leading efforts around structured mentorship and career navigation, helping learners connect with experienced professionals both in Nigeria and across the diaspora. Our goal is to make mentorship more intentional, impactful, and scalable.
